As I write this the senior students are excitedly getting ready for the Cluster Athletic Sports.
We have beautiful weather after a very chilly, wet postponed day yesterday.

Leah Olszewski who joined us in Room 2 on Monday. We look forward to getting to know her and mum, Josephine.

They are back in force again. Please check your child as we need everyone to clear them from their child’s hair in order to break the cycle.

I didn’t pick up in recent newsletters that it wasn’t clear that the Cluster Athletics were only for Senior students.
There was no problem with Juniors wearing PE Gear to school today.

If you have any small milk bottles (smaller than 1 litre) or little cream bottles could you please bring these in to the school office or Miss Gray in Aroha (Room 1).

On the 23 November St Mary’s will travel to Dalefield to spend a day with the students there. We will be celebrating Kapa Haka and competing in fun athletics events. We will travel by bus and return to school at 2.30pm. Students must bring PE gear and a packed lunch, drink and sunhat.
Parents are welcome to call in and visit us at Dalefield during the day.

One complimentary drink with each ticket purchased.
Spot prizes and supper provided
Tickets cost $10.00 each and can be purchased from the school office. There are limited tickets available so purchase early to avoid disappointment. We have catalogues available at school for the ‘Undercoverwear’ clothing which will be modeled at the event. If you are unable to come to the fundraiser you can till order items from the catalogue.
